Do you ship in original boxes?
We know DIVAS are extraordinary and our packaging is no exception. You will receive each pair hand wrapped in colorful tissue paper and its own colorful heel bag. 

I forgot to use the Promo Code at checkout; Can I still get the discount?
Absolutely, only if your order was placed during the Promotion; discount will be given in Store Credit. Please contact us within 24 hours via e-mail with your order number & full name to better assist you.

How do your shoes run?
All of our items are US sizes. All shoes have a size suggestion in their description. Please keep in mind that this is only a suggestion, we understand that everyone’s foot size and width is different.
We try our best to describe sizing, but we can NOT guarantee they will fit.

How do I check on the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to be available. All tracking numbers are e-mailed to the e-mail provided when your order was placed.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are packaged and shipped within 24 hours; Monday - Friday.
Weekend/Holiday orders will be shipped the next available business day.
All packages are sent via USPS Priority 1-3 Days with Tracking Number.

What shipping methods do you offer?
FREE Shipping is available only to Domestic orders.

Do you offer International shipping?
Unfortunately, we do not offer International shipping at this time.

I placed my order, but haven’t received my tracking number? What do I do?
If you have not received your tracking number, please ensure to check the Inbox & Spam folder in your e-mail.
If you still have not been able to locate it, please e-mail us at primmadiva@gmail.com

My tracking number states my package was delivered, but it’s not here. What happened to it?
First, confirm that you entered the correct shipping address during checkout. You did?
Check your property thoroughly; sometimes the USPS employee will place your package in a discreet place for your security.
Check with your neighbors to make sure they are not holding your package.
Contact your nearest USPS location to see where they may have placed your package.
Contact Customer Service via email if you are unable to locate your package ; we will gladly assist you with any information needed to open a claim with the USPS.

My tracking number states “Undeliverable”. Help?!
This means that the USPS was unable to deliver your order; this usually occurs when the address was entered incorrectly or incomplete at Checkout.
Please contact your nearest USPS location to see if the package is available for pick up before it is shipped back to our shipping center.
It usually takes 1-2 weeks to receive returned packages; upon arrival we will notify you via e-mail.
Once we have your correct shipping address, we will invoice you the $6.99 re-shipping fee via PayPal.

I received my order, but it did not fit? How do I exchange/return?

Follow These 3 Easy Steps:

  1. Email Contact@PrimmaDiva.com Within 7 Days From The Date You Received Your Order.
  2. Include Your Full Name, Order Number And Reason For Return In Your E-Mail.
  3. Ship Your Item Back; Include A Tracking Number - A PD Representative Will Provide You With The Return Address.
    The Return Process Will Begin When The Item(S) Arrive At Our Shipping Center.

RETURNS Have A Mandatory Restocking Fee Of $7.99 PER PAIR Deducted From Your Refund Amount.

Refunds Will Be Issued In The Original Form Of Payment. We Will Refund You Within 7 Business Days Once Your Package Arrives To Our Facility. Please Keep In Mind That After The Refund Has Been Processed Your Bank Can Take Up To 3-5 Business Days To Process And Post This Transaction To Your Account.

As Of 01/01/2016 WE DO NOT DO EXCHANGES Due To The High Demand Of Our Items. We Suggest You Purchase The Size You Need & Simply Return The One You Don't Need For A Refund. Please Do Not Wait Because We Tend To Run Out Of Sizes Quickly.
